Global Ayalon Investments ltd was established as a company that consolidates real estate investments, trade, and asset management under one roof. The company is family-owned and specializes in the initiation and management of real estate assets in Europe, with a focus on Cyprus. This focus was chosen due to Cyprus being a diverse market experiencing rapid local growth as a result of foreign capital investments.

Cyprus serves as a springboard to the European Union and maintains policies that encourage companies to transfer their businesses there.

What We Do

Global Ayalon Investments began as a family initiative for asset management and has grown together with its business partners into diverse strategic partnerships. The company has several residential construction projects and is involved in additional residential and commercial construction partnerships.

In addition to all these, the company also provides a platform for various business services such as business development, forming connections between entrepreneurs, manufacturers, and marketers, identifying potential investments, and developing business and financial plans to realize initiatives.

Yaron Eylon is an active attorney in Israel, managing a law firm specializing in commercial civil law.

Yaron’s credo is to lead the company together with the investors to profitable business realms, while maintaining fair, reliable, and groundbreaking business management, and adhering to proper trading principles for all parties involved.

Attorney Omri Oshinsky is one of the prominent figures in the field of international real estate, particularly in Cyprus.

In his role as the company’s legal advisor, he plays a key role in managing the legal aspects of the company’s operations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and reliability. Additionally, Attorney Oshinsky is responsible for the company’s external relations and business connections, making him an important strategic partner in its growth.

The company has assembled a team of experienced sales representatives with expertise in real estate both domestically and internationally, who serve as highly important strategic partners for the company.

Katerina is the sales manager for all the real estate projects that the group of companies organizes in Cyprus. Katerina has led the sales department for many years and assists buyers with kindness, patience, and answers to any of their questions, including personal guidance during the purchase stages and the handover of the purchased property.
