Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, request a company profile, or book a meeting with us, we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, and any message you write. When you book a meeting we also record the date and time you select.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit the site we receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and language, device type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. Some of this is collected by the third-party services listed below rather than by us directly.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (such as health, religion or political opinions), and you should not send us any through our forms.

Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to run the website and respond to you, and only for those purposes:
Hosting and delivery — Elementor Cloud and Cloudflare, which host and deliver the site and protect it against attack.
Website platform and plugins — WordPress and the tools we run on it, including the appointment booking, translation and consent-management tools.
Accessibility — accessiBe. The accessibility widget is loaded from accessiBe’s servers (acsbapp.com), so your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you are viewing are transmitted to accessiBe each time a page loads. This happens before any cookie choice is made, because the widget is necessary for the accessible operation of the site. accessiBe does not store cookies on your device. Analytics and site tools — Google (Analytics, Fonts, Maps, reCAPTCHA and Site Kit). Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms against automated abuse and, in doing so, transmits technical data to Google.
Advertising — Google Ads and Google DoubleClick, which we use to show advertising and measure how it performs. These are loaded only after you consent to advertising cookies.
Social and messaging platforms — Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Our pages contain ordinary links to these platforms rather than embedded content, so they receive no data about your visit unless you click through — at which point that platform’s own privacy policy applies.
Email — replies to your enquiry and booking confirmations are sent from our own mailboxes. We do not use a third-party bulk-email or newsletter service.
Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.
International Transfers
Some of the providers listed above are established outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to them, that transfer takes place on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision where one applies to the provider — including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under it — or otherwise on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional measures required in the individual case. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for 24 months afterwards, so that we can follow up and show what was agreed. Contact details you gave us for updates are kept until you ask us to stop. Records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes are kept for the period the law requires.
Data Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may also complain to the data protection supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection; in Germany, the authority of your federal state; or the authority in your own country of residence.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
